This piece is made with stones from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.
All links are soldered shut.

These stones, along with most of the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. Yes, we spend a lot of time at the beach!

We may have drilled or cut them but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated.
They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.

I try to find fairly thin rocks and I think you will find them to be much lighter than you would expect.

Each piece is unique.
This piece has a cloud made of lichen (I collected it in Grand Marais)in resin and bezel set. It has raindrop shaped rocks connected by chains below it.
It is on a handmade sterling chain with a rock toggle clasp.

The chain measures approx. 20 inches and the pendant section is about 3 1/2 inches long and 1 7/8 inches wide.
The chain length could be changed if need be.
