This piece is made with stones from Lake Superior and sterling silver. The silver is oxidized to get the grey color.
All links are soldered shut.
These stones, along with all the stones in my jewelry, have been found by my husband and myself at Lake Superior. Yes, we spend a lot of time at the beach!
We have drilled them but otherwise they are un-altered and untreated.
They will absorb some of your oils and deepen in color and take on a beautiful sheen.
I try to find fairly thin rocks and I think you will find them to be much lighter than you would expect.
Each piece is unique.
**This pendant was one long oval rock that was cut in half on the diagonal and then flipped. The ends are then bezel set and put together in this heart shape.
This is a “white” rock from
Lake Michigan. It is really a tan color. It’ll probably be light brown once it’s broken in.
It is on a sterling rolo chain with a lobster clasp.
This sale is for this item pictured. I have made this style before, but each one is different and a different size.
The chain measures approx 18 1/2 inches long.
The heart measures 1 1/2" wide by 1 1/2" long. The chain length could be changed -if need be.
Please feel free to convo me if you have any questions.
